After School Programs
Schools in the KPS district have various after school programs that work collaboratively with the school communities. See list below of organizations that work closely with administration on programming in the district:

Boys and Girls Club of Kalamazoo - Northeastern.

Communities in Schools Kalamazoo - This organization provides resources and support for students in many of our schools through community partnerships and volunteers.

Gilmore Piano Labs - Small group piano labs for grades 2 through 5 at Spring Valley and Woods Lake elementary schools.

Kalamazoo Kids In Tune - Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra offers an innovative after-school orchestra and youth development program at Woods Lake Elementary and Milwood Magnet School.

Kzoo Parks (City of Kalamazoo Parks and Recreation) - A variety of programs are offered for Kalamazoo youth.
