All emails sent to the Board email will receive an auto-reply confirming receipt of the message.
- Emails sent to all individual Board members will be responded to by the Secretary on one of their response days.
The Secretary will review and personally respond to emails on Tuesday and Friday each week.
- Emails will be forwarded to the appropriate committee or personnel to be addressed.
Emails sent to individual Board trustees may be responded to at the trustee’s discretion.
Any correspondence must be submitted by Tuesday the week of a regular board meeting to be included in the meeting’s correspondence log. Anything submitted after Tuesday will be included in the following meeting’s log.
