Student's Responsibility

Student’s Responsibility Regarding Attendance:

1. It is the student’s responsibility to inform the teacher(s) in advance of a planned absence for a religious holiday, medical reason, field trip, sport or other school activity.
2. It is the student's responsibility to make arrangements with the teacher to obtain and complete missed assignments due to absences.
3. After an absence from any class, the student must follow the building procedures for signing in before entering class.

Attendance contracts will be created for students with excessive absences.
