KEA District PD August 2024

District Provided Professional Development

August 20, 2024 is the first day for all KEA staff.  The day begins with a presentation by Dr. Slade at the Expo Center from 8:00 am - 9:30 am., followed by building meetings at 10:00 a.m.  District professional development will be held on Wednesday, August 21 and Thursday, August 22.  The Back to School PD Schedule can be viewed to determine areas of focus, location, and agendas. Please see below for further information regarding district professional development sessions on both days.

• Details about professional development sessions may change as they are finalized.   Further communication about each session will be shared by the content area coordinator or lead teacher.  

• You are encouraged to bring your district issued Chromebook, charger, writing utensils and paper for note-taking purposes.

• You should confirm your attendance at these sessions through the Frontline.

• Adhere to parking information that will be added to the Back to School PD Schedule and/or by the content area coordinator or lead teacher.
