Type of Test:
● In person (Battle Creek Area)
● Remotely Online:  Online Parapro Assessment or visit https://www.ets.org/parapro/test-takers/register/at-home-registration.html

Age Criteria:
● There is no age limit
● Must have a high school diploma or GED to be a Parapro
Areas Tested:
● Math, Reading, Writing (questions are about writing)
● 90 questions overall
● Must pass at 460 overall score
● No smartphones or smart devices
● No calculators
● Must wait 35 days to retest (have to take entire test over) Cost/ Assessment Fees:
● Cost to take an in person assessment is $55 (KPS will reimburse for a passing score. Please keep your receipt, proof of passing score, and turn it into Human Resources)
● Online Assessment is $85 (KPS will reimburse for a passing score. Please keep your receipt, proof of passing score, and turn it into Human Resources)
● Cost of Interactive Practice Test - $20 (KPS will not reimburse)
● Assessment Reschedule Fee - $42.50 (KPS will not reimburse)
