The district requires individuals or entities to submit FOIA requests in writing. FOIA requests may be mailed to the following address:

An individual or entity may also make a request in person at the Human Resources Department in the district's Administration Building, 1220 Howard, Kalamazoo, Michigan, through an email request to MGrate@ClarkHill.com, or by faxing a request to (269) 337-0185.
