It is our mission to help our students become successful and to assist them in reaching their potential.  Building relationships with our students/families and maintaining sound two-way communication between the home and school are vital to this endeavor.  It is also essential that our parents have easy access to all information that the school offers so that they can make informed educational decisions with their children.

Here you will find essential information for parents and students for the school year.  From this site you will be able to access staff emails, special announcements, guidance information, athletic schedules, and more.  It is my desire to have a safe and productive year where the Kalamazoo Central High School Community works together to achieve greatness.

If you took the PSAT9 or PSAT 10 last year, you may pick up your score report in the main office.

Today is the last day for any schedule change forms to be turned in to the office. No forms will be accepted after today, no exceptions.

Are you interested in visiting colleges? Do you like being outside? Would you like to do science research that looks great on college applications? The Third 90 program would like to have you! If you are interested, see Mrs. Hohler in room 335 to pick up an application. Applications due by this Thursday, March 8.

Congratulations to the Forensics Team. They competed at Portage Northern this last weekend and took 1st place for the 2nd straight weekend in the small school division. Shout out to Karis Clark for taking 3rd place in Informative Speech.

FCCLA members attending this month's State Leadership Conference & Competition, there will be a workshop after school on Wednesday (3/7) to assist you with your STAR events. Lunch will be provided for those that RSVP by tomorrow (3/6). Check your school e-mail for details.

The Winterfest dance will be held this Friday March 9th after the Basketball game. Tickets are being sold during all three lunches and after school by Ms. Swann in room 317.

Sam Ankley will continue to compete in the state diving events being held at Oakland University later this week. And Andre Aro has qualified to swim at the state meet later this week as well. Congratulations to both Sam and Andre!

The Lady Giant varsity basketball team won the district finals game Friday night and moves on to the first regional game at Norrix tomorrow (3/6) at 7:30. All tickets are $5, no passes or discounts.

Tonight starts men’s basketball district games right here at KC. We don’t play until Wednesday, but we will host 2 games tonight, one at 5:30 and one at 7. Come see the first round of districts tonight in our home gym. All tickets are $5, no passes or discounts.
