It is our mission to help our students become successful and to assist them in reaching their potential.  Building relationships with our students/families and maintaining sound two-way communication between the home and school are vital to this endeavor.  It is also essential that our parents have easy access to all information that the school offers so that they can make informed educational decisions with their children.

The KC International Alliance will meet tomorrow (1/14) right after school in room 548

Welcome back GSA!  The Gender and Sexuality Alliance will be meeting this Friday, January 17th in Room 238, Ms. Sayre's Room at 2:30.  Come on by, speak your truth, and get ready to hear all the hot gossip and news 2020 has to offer.  

The Cesar E. Chavez Committees main goal is education and success for young men and women in our communities. With that goal in mind, last year they awarded nine scholarships to high school seniors who will be attending both 2-year and 4-year colleges. This years scholarship application is due on February 7th. For questions, see your counselor.

Attention all students and staff, come join the Climate World Changers today and every Tuesday in the library from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. Sign up for this working group and help make it happen!

Reminder Book Bowl team members will meet today (1/14) after school in Mrs. Sayre & Mr. McNab's room(s), from 2:30 to 3:30!  See you there!

WMU after school tutoring will only be available on Monday and Wednesday 2:30-3:30 and Friday's by appointment through Communities in Schools. Beginning January 27, tutoring will expand to Monday through Thursday 2:30-3:30 and Friday's by appointment. Please see Ms. Salak if you have any questions.


Congratulations is extended to the Varsity Competitive Cheer team for their first conference win last night. Our Competitive team is now tied for first in the SMAC. Final are Monday, Feb 10 at Mattawan. Come support your Lady Giants. 

Winter athletes, if your coach has contacted you about academic eligibility, the blue sheets must be completed and turned in to Mr. Patterson by 3:30 this afternoon in order for you to compete this week. Blue sheets are in the box outside of the athletic office door.
