This course develops students’ understanding of major concepts pertaining to Physical, Earth, Life, and Health sciences and further develops an understanding of engineering. Major topics of study include forces and motion, plate tectonics, atomic structure, cell division, genetics, and an introduction to medical investigation. Students will continue to develop laboratory and scientific research skills through hands-on experiments, observations, presentations, discussions, and text resources.
