MEAP scores on the rise!

Since The Promise, our student achievement has increased in aggregate each year, with the biggest increases in the last year. While we are encouraged by our growth, we acknowledge that we have room for improvement.

From 2007-2008 to 2008-2009, English language arts achievement also rose in 6 of 7 grades tested, with an average change of a 4.4 percent increase in the percentage of children testing at or above proficiency.

From 2007-2008 to 2008-2009, math achievement rose in 6 of the 7 grades tested, with an average change of a 5.7 percent increase in the percentage of children testing at or above proficiency.
