Before and After School
Lincoln International Studies School is home to a YMCA branch, including a pool; the Kalamazoo Department of Recreation offers onsite after-school programs; Prime Time Y offers safe, affordable before and after school care. Kalamazoo Communities In Schools (KCIS) received two grants totaling $7.5 million for ten schools to have after-school programs for a five-year period. Many other schools offer a variety of before and/or after school care programs.
